Matter of Concern: Ethical Conduct Complaint (Condoning an Act of Perjury)
Dear Atty. Stewart,
This letter serves to inform you that I have filed an Ethical Conduct Complaint against you with the Office of The Disciplinary Counsel/ Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board.
On Thursday, July 14th 2022, Michael Paul Abele (Your Client) and I stood before the Honorable Judge s/Guy E. Bradberry, Judge, 14th Family and Juvenile Court in your presence, after being sworn in, you posed the question to Michael Paul (Your Client) asking his place of residence, Michael stated that he resided at 1922 Bank Street, you then posed this same question to me and I replied, 1922 Bank Street.
I then addressed the fact that Michael Paul (Your Client) does not reside there. I think I would have knowledge of this considering that Michael Paul Abandoned me in early September 2021 after telling me he wanted a divorce on the basis of Indifferences in Sexual Appetite.
Michael Paul perjured himself and you stood there and allowed this conduct to be documented despite the fact that I called to attention that this was not accurate, and I stated that Michael Paul resides on Oxford Ct., for the record, I have the exact street address on Oxford Court, Lake Charles, LA 70605. I have evidence to support this claim.
You, Atty. James Stewart, CHOSE to overlook your client’s ACT OF PERJURY!
More importantly, I would know if your client resided with me at 1922 Bank Street, surely you can agree with that.
So, what is the penalty for one who commits perjury and an Attorney who condones perjury? Is it worth compromising your moral ethics and career on a client who is raging a war against The Kingdom of God on behalf of Satan’s Kingdom?
Your Client, Michael Paul, has not processed the fact that he and I are in a Spiritual Warfare, by his own doing, it is The Kingdom of God (whom I represent) vs. The Kingdom of Satan (who he is representing), in the name of Sexual Immorality coupled with Spiritual Adultery against our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, two of the most committed sinful acts. GOD IS ANGRY!!! ON A GLOBAL LEVEL!!!
I have petitioned The Courts of Heaven, Seeking God’s Righteousness in accordance to His Will, in the name of Jesus Christ, Governed by The Seal of Holy Spirit which I am honored and blessed with by being Supernaturally baptized by Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior, The Greatest Messiah to ever walk this earth. HALLELUJAH!

Heavenly Father, I know that You Know that we have a justice system here on earth that has the means to operate in a manner of corruption. There are those who protect one another by means of abusing their titles to protect one another. However, You God is omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent (You are everywhere, You Know All and You are All Powerful.) I trust in You with all my heart, leaning not on my own understanding.
