How My Home became My Church Home. All Glory to God The Holy Trinity! Hallelujah!

In my quest seeking a church home, Michael and I visited a number of churches; however, there was always a misfit, something missing, someone missing, namely, the presence and welcoming of the Holy Spirit.

Noteworthy: For lack of repetition, you can read my other blogs to acquaint you with how my home became my church home. Through my personal video tapings, you can witness the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, His anointing presence within me, a living testimony to God’s promises to all of His children. As with any relationship, we get what we invest into the relationship, difference is that in a relationship with God our inheritance is eternal life. Vested is defined as: fully and unconditionally guaranteed as a legal right, benefit, or privilege.

A greeting to me from one of my friends and sister in Christ Jesus Inspired this blog message, it starts as follows:

Greetings Abele Family! Every Christian needs a Pastor and Church home. Hebrews 10:25 states "Do not forsake the assembling of yourselves together, as the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see to the day approaching."

My talk with God the Holy Spirit

After some pondering on the above greeting, I asked the Holy Spirit, if God desires Michael and me to have a church home I pray that He will lead us to where He desires us to be. The result of that question is as follows:

“All praises and glory to God the Holy Trinity, many friends and family and strangers have come to our home for Intercessory prayers due to broken marriages and relationships. Some so broken that they fell into my arms in tears. (A form of fellowshipping and ministering).

Michael and I have ministered to them using our very own trials and tribulations as a married couple and being overcomers. (Revealing our own dirt and sins and iniquities, a means to empathize and bring to light our short comings).

We have taken homeless people, strangers into our home, given them a bed to sleep in, a hot meal, clothing the works.

We (The Abele Family) have used our tithes to put up the homeless in a hotel room for days at a time. We have hired them to assist on special projects and/ or jobs thus allowing them to also reap the blessing which God the Holy Trinity had in store for them. We’ve purchased a bicycle for one, brought groceries for others, repaired vehicles for others, donated furniture and etcetera.

³⁵ For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, ³⁶ I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

I share this not to boast, but to show that there are many means of serving God the Holy Trinity by simply helping and serving our sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus, especially those that are in need.

Sadly, not enough of our churches reach out to the homeless, the true loss souls, in fact our government doesn’t even recognize them as the “poorest” class citizens.

Our government; when acknowledgement of the “class” of citizens is mentioned, will only go as low as the “middle” class and as high as the “higher” class. No mention of the lower class or the poor, especially during an election year, that is when you really get a good dose of the “middle” class citizens.

In my talks with the Holy Spirit, many times I have made reference to the fact that, not only does the government not make reference to the lower class of people, but far too many of our churches do not reach out to them.

The same is true as with the orphanages and nursing homes. Sadly, because for many of the churches there is no means of getting funded here, the poor, the homeless cannot invest and pay tithes, this is the absolute bottom line truth of the matter. For the record, if you feel convicted then the truth has just penetrated your soul; hence, you must agree!

In my quest for a church home God showed me that for all those whom I intercede in prayer for and the travailing's which I am obedient to when summoned by the Holy Spirit, that this is how I am carrying the burdens of many. God showed me that my prayer wall is my congregation. GLORY HALLELUJAH! THANK YOU GOD!

The gift of discernment given to me by the Holy Spirit, when exercised, enables me to know the believers and non-believers and those with evil spirits present and those whom God has an intimate relationship with and those who may be under attack from the enemy, Satan and etcetera.

I put my faith and trust in God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, my chain of command, my commanders and Chief. I lean not on my own understanding.

God said that He does not dwell in a church building, He dwells within all of His children, our agenda is to cultivate and nurture His Spirit (The Holy Spirit), and to not quench the fire of the Holy Spirit.”

 Moving On

The Holy Spirit asked me this question: Of the twelve disciples of Christ Jesus, which University did they attend? What level of degree did each of them hold: an Associate’s Degree, A Bachelor Degree, A Master’s Degree, A PHD?

The Twelve Sent Out

Moving On

In essence, to teach and/ or preach the word of God is not a requirement of God to hold one of the above degrees and or attend a university to be an Ambassador for Christ Jesus, this is man’s mandate and/ or requirement.

God will equip us with everything we need as His disciples. We merely avail ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Jesus Christ, the Messiah. We must become that living sacrifice, loving not our lives to the death. Seek His face diligently for God is the vine dresser, Jesus is the vine, we are the branches, if we bear fruit God will prune us to bear more fruit; in essence winning souls for the kingdom of God.

As a travailing and intercessory prayer warrior, my predestined calling, ordained by God Almighty He has taken me under His wing and by the power of the Holy Spirit vested within me, I get to serve our Heavenly Father, The Holy Trinity in truth, Spirit to Spirit, flesh gives birth to flesh and the Spirit gives birth to the Spirit. MY SPIRIT MAN HAS BEEN BIRTHED. HALLELUJAH!

However, if we do not bear fruit, as with any fruit bearing tree, the branches will wither away. How can we expect the vine dresser and the vine to equip us and prune us if we are not nurturing and cultivating the Holy Spirit, A GIFT FROM GOD, and AN INHERITANCE!

God’s Credentials Are In His Words

1 Corinthians 12:4-6 Amplified Bible (AMP)

⁴ Now there are [distinctive] varieties of spiritual gifts [special abilities given by the grace and extraordinary power of the Holy Spirit operating in believers], but it is the same Spirit [who grants them and empowers believers]. ⁵ And there are [distinctive] varieties of ministries and service, but it is the same Lord [who is served]. ⁶ And there are [distinctive] ways of working [to accomplish things], but it is the same God who produces all things in all believers [inspiring, energizing, and empowering them].

Moving On

Every one of God’s children have an ordained by God, predestined calling, a purpose (see 1 Corinthians 7-12). To be a chosen one or an elect, requires spending time with God on a daily basis. We reap what we sow, the more of ourselves that we give to God, the more God gives back. Time with God is an investment that we make in order to receive our inheritance, but we cannot expect an inheritance if we fail to nurture, cultivate, worship and praise God the Holy Trinity.

My son, asked my husband, Michael, how does one become an elect or chosen one by God? Michael said, think about it, how does one become a high achiever in school, your valedictorians?

And for the record, this is my two cents: Any horizontal gift that one thrives in is due to their commitment, the time he/ or she puts into nurturing it, cultivating it.

Who or What is your idol?

For Instance

Recently in the news I recall seeing Tiger Woods with his arms spread eagle wide, lifted up, big grin on his face, it was apparent that he had succeeded in a major win of his golfing career. It’s evident that he is a success at what he does as a professional golfer.

His success is evident of the amount of time he spends nurturing, cultivating, worshiping his horizontal gift or calling. Imagine if he is putting in this same commitment to his vertical (spiritual) gift and/ or calling.

For the record though, the success of his horizontal gift and/ or calling may not get him into the kingdom of God, because God is not the one who is getting this glory. Tiger Woods audience is glorifying Tiger Woods, this is their idol, just like golfing is Tiger Woods idol. Food for thought; we reap what we sow, junk in – junk out, junk out- junk in!

^13 [a]Brothers and sisters, I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, ¹⁴ I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

The Need for Self-Discipline

24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 

26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

My Personal Prayer

Dear God the Holy Trinity, your word says that in the last days there will be a falling away of the church, I pray that whomever this message is for that they will know that despite all the dissentions and factions and strife and ugliness that is present within the church buildings that they know that they can come to you directly via the Holy Spirit, they can get plugged in on the vertical plane.

I know that especially with the catholic church's things are running amuck due to sexual scandals; and too, the Methodist churches are indecisive as to how to proceed with the truth as it relates to the LGBTQ, but please God we love all and I pray as did Jesus Christ Your only begotten Son, to forgive them, the church and the LGBTQ, for they know not what they do.

And God, many of the churches do not acknowledge the Holy Spirit, they do not embrace Him, I intercede on their behalf and pray that as believers the last outpouring of the Holy Spirit will come upon them. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen! I LOVE YOU HOLY TRINITY!
